On Tuesday, November 27th, stakeholders of the Fieldlabs@Scale project convened at the Experience Center in Brainport Industries Campus (BIC). The event provided an in-depth exploration of the fieldlabs located at BIC, a hub at the forefront of next-generation high-tech manufacturing.

The day began with a brief opening by Hans Berends, followed by an introduction from John Blankendaal, Managing Director of Brainport Industries. John outlined the role of Brainport Industries as a network organization that unites the entire high-tech manufacturing supply chain, specializing in high-mix, low-volume, and highly complex systems.

Next, Mark van Lieshout shared his vision for the Experience Center's Factory of the Future, emphasizing its mission to drive continued innovation in high-tech manufacturing. Mark also led a tour of the Brainport Industries Campus, where participants visited several fieldlabs. These labs facilitate collaboration between companies, research institutes, and universities on cutting-edge innovation projects for the high tech manufacturing industry.
